My first visit to a hidden gem of a venue within the city walls in York for the wedding of Jess & Kenny, an amazing day from start to finish.

The day started with bridal prep at a beautiful cottage in Sand Hutton with Jess, her parents and her 4 bridesmaids.

The lovely ceremony took place at Bedern Hall in York, and afterwards they joined their guests for canapes and drinks in the courtyard.

After some group shots and confetti the guests travelled to the reception venue whilst I spent time with the newleyweds for photos. After a quick walk on the streets and photos near the Minster they took themselves off into a pub for a drink, something they’d always wanted to do on their day and a brilliant idea.

They then jumped into their awaiting landrover to Wintringham where their guests were waiting for their arrival. After great food, speeches and relaxing in the sunshine we had another stroll for more couples photos before their evening party kicked off.

Such a chilled day with a fantastic group of family of friends.
