We had a lovely summers day for the wedding of Marcia & Joe. They tied the knot at Malton Registry Office followed by their reception at Wintringham Community Hall which is a great blank canvas with a sun baked area outside to enjoy too.

The day started at Marcia & Joe’s house where I joined Marcia, her mum and her bridesmaids for bridal prep before heading off to capture the ceremony.

After a short ceremony it was straight over to Wintringham and as the guests had arrival drinks I saw an opportunity to stop the wedding car at a straw field on the way to capture some photos with the stunning backdrop.

Once at the Hall, the newlyweds enjoyed drinks with their guests in the sun before groups shots took place.

After speeches and afternoon tea, I took Marcia & Joe into the village for photos before their evening kicked off.
